  1. Commitment Fee

Customers pay a $249 commitment fee to demonstrate serious intent. This covers verification, reporting, and lead processing.

  1. Refund Policy

The $249 fee is non-refundable once:

Installer invitations have been issued, or

Reports, bonuses, or verification steps have commenced

Refunds may only be considered if SolarConnect QLD cannot provide any installer options.

  1. Installer Selection

Customers may receive up to three installer options.

SCQ may regenerate installer options up to three times, charging each installer equally for successful connections.

  1. Information Accuracy

Customers must provide accurate information. Misrepresentation may result in cancellation without refund.

  1. No Obligation

Customers are under no obligation to proceed after receiving installer contacts.

  1. Reports & Bonuses

Any bonuses, reports, or inspections are informational only.

They do not replace professional assessments or final quotes.

  1. Feedback Sharing

Customers agree that feedback explaining why they chose an installer may be shared anonymously with other installers to help improve platform services.
