1. Platform Access

Installers may join SCQ at no cost.

No subscriptions at this time.

Subscription-based services may be introduced in the future for elite-performing installers at a reduced lead cost.

Installers only pay when selected by a customer and the project is accepted.

2. Installer Requirements

Installers must:

Hold required licences and accreditations

Maintain valid insurance

Provide truthful, current business information

Communicate professionally

Respect customer privacy

3. Connection Fees

Charged only if selected by a customer

Clearly disclosed before acceptance

Fees are non-refundable once accepted

Promotional discounts may apply (e.g., first 3 connections)

4. Pricing Guidance

Pricing is:

Indicative only

Not a final quote

Subject to on-site inspection

SCQ does not control or influence pricing.

5. Non-Circumvention

Installers must not:

Bypass SCQ

Use customer data for unrelated marketing

Contact customers outside the agreed process

6. Termination

SCQ may suspend or remove installers for:

Policy breaches

Misrepresentation

Repeated complaints

Unprofessional conduct
